Privacy policy

The site itself collects no data: it has no forms, sign-up or account area, we run no web analytics or advertising trackers, and the site writes no cookies.

Data arises when you message us on WhatsApp or Instagram or become a client: your name, phone number, social account address, links to your posts, the text of our conversation and details of payment for an order.

We never ask for your account passwords: we work from links to your posts.

To answer your enquiry, agree and carry out your order, send you a report on the work done and accept payment.

We do not use it for third-party advertising, and we do not sell it or pass it to data brokers.

Conversations on WhatsApp and Instagram are also handled under those services' own rules. A client's working data — accounts, links, orders and reports — is kept in our systems with access limited to staff.

We keep data for as long as your order and legal obligations require, then delete or anonymise it.

Data is not passed to third parties, except where the law requires it and to services the order cannot be done without (for example the messenger you write to us in, and a payment service).

You can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and withdraw your consent to processing. Write to the address in the contact section below.
